Charco del Palo - Naturist - Accommodation - Information - Lanzarote

Girls on the Wall 2

Welcome to Lanzarote one of seven islands that make up the archipelago of the Canary Islands. If this is your first visit to our site, then "Welcome", we hope you enjoy your first look and will check up on us every so often to see whats happening in Charco del Palo and Lanzarote. This web site is designed to help you find nude/naturist holiday accommodation in Charco del Palo and Lanzarote.   Charco del Palo is situated in the north of Lanzarote just before you get to Arrieta and is probably the only village of its kind in the world where naturists come to holiday and where we, and a lot of other people live the naturist lifestyle all year round.  We have no gates, no security, just drive down the road from Mala and there we are.

Naturism My first time

Natuist Swimming Lagoon Charco del Palo

I have just received an email from some almost 60yr olds  (G & A )who have never experienced naturism  before but want to give it a try so this has prompted me to write about my first experience as a Naturist and the fears and phobias attached to it.

I was 16yrs old when I first stripped off at a Naturist Club.  You have to realise that at the time my parents were not naturists so to allow me to go to Broadlands Sun Club with my then husband to be and his family was quite a liberated thing for them to do.  Anyhow this was the start for me and I never looked back.  On my first night at Broadlands there was a “Bit of a Doo” in the small clubhouse on the green, beside which was a circular out of the ground swimming pool.  As the evening wore on a few people decided to go for a swim.  Now I was not the only new girl that night, there was one other, her name was Daphne, I think she may have been a little older than me but not a lot.  Anyhow after watching several people jump into the pool, we both looked at each other and thought, “What the Hell, lets do it” and we did.  It was very liberating being  in the pool naked for that first time and not at all embarrassing.  Daphne and I both stayed overnight a Broadlands with our respected families and in the morning when the sun was shining and everyone was grabbing places on the green by the spring fed lake, being naked with everyone else just seemed the most natural thing to do.  I for one have never looked back.

Summer Blues?

What summer I hear you ask, Oh there were a few days in the UK last month I believe,  even so it can be very depressing to not see or feel the sun on your back.  When we do get the occasional bleak day in Charco del Palo it makes you appreciate the sun when it returns.   Like today its cloudy and windy, but the

Menu Revamp Reiners Pub

Reiners Pub, Charco del Palo is having a menu revamp…….    lots of new goodies and some of the old favourites are still on the menu, so now the choice is looking better.  I managed to get a peak at the new menu yesterday and it looks good.   The menus are still at the printing stage and Reiner has to make sure that everything is correct before he commits to getting it printed.  At the moment I do not know the start date for the updated menu, as soon as I do, you’ll be the first to know.    Yum Yum  !!

Reiner’s Pub

Just to let you know that Reiner’s Pub in Charco del Palo is now closing on a Sunday.  The main holiday season for Charco del Palo is between September and Easter so as things are now beginning to slow down a little bit Reiner has decided its time for everyone to have the day off, including himself, so Sunday it is.   The rest of the week the Pub opens from twelve midday till late for you to enjoy delicious lunch time snacks, including my famous burgers, freshly made omelettes and grilled sandwiches plus other bits and pieces.

Feeling Cold!

Got the winter blues?  Feeling the cold? Yearning for Charco del Palo? Want to be Nude?  Oh dear, you need a holiday!  Its not to late to get something booked, Ok, so Easter is just around the corner and flights always increase around the public holidays, but its still worth checking the budget airlines and some of the others, you may be surprised at the prices.

So what's available at the moment?  As we speak there are several apartments on the seafront prices starting from 40€ per day + cleaning fee (one days rental).

Run its course!

Smoking at Reiner's Pub has obviously struck a cord with many visitors to my web site, in fact far too many comments to publish.  I think the subject should be closed now before it gets out of hand.  I thank you all for your response to my blogs but now its time to move on to other things that affect us just as much as this one.  I welcome and appreciate your comments,  thank you. Wendy
