Drive the north - route Nº 1
This first route takes you through El Mojon, Teseguite, Los Valles and onwards to Mirador del Los Valles Restaurant and the Parque Eòlico. The diversion to Las Nieves Chapel is worth doing as you have fantastic photo opportunities of Famara and right out over the South of the island on a clear day. At the top of the winding road which leads to Haria there is another restaurant called Bar Los Helechos, another photo opportunity for you. You will finish the drive in Haria where you can stop for some lunch at either the Mercado, the Sociedad or one of the several bars in the Plaza. This driving or cycling route offers spectacular views to both sides of the island. Make sure you do this on a clear day for the best photos. Read more
