I haven't been to the Saturday Craft Market in Haria for quite some time so on Saturday I decided to take a trip up the hill and have a look around. All the products and produce at the Market are hand made or grown locally. The stalls doing the best business were the fresh fruit and vegetable stall and the freshly made bread and cakes. Massive queues at both these stalls and not unsurprisingly so because the produce looked amazing. Other stalls include, pictures, hand printed tee shirts, baskets, the traditional canarian hat, aloe vera, soaps, knitted jumpers, silver jewellery in fact lots to look at.
While I was in Haria I visited a friends house and took these amazing photos of the flowers in her garden and the views looking out towards the mirador. Its simply beautiful here on the island at the moment, we have never seen it so green.
