Haria is a beautiful village set in the hills in the north of Lanzarote. They have a craft market every Saturday from about 9am till 2pm, there are also lots of little shops to wonder around and nice things to buy as a reminder of your holiday. If you have just read my blog "Well trodden walk around Haria" you would have seen that we went to the Sociedad for coffee at the end of our walk. So let me tell you a little bit about it, here's some photographs to start with.....
As you can see it has a really nicely laid out dining room and the bar area is big and spacious and I suspect very noisy once you get a load of locals in, but that just adds to the atmosphere. The tapas are all written in Spanish and English, but do try to order in Spanish, the bar man is a really nice guy and he will appreciate you trying and will help you along, Opening hours 9am till 23hrs every day except Wednesday when it opens at 17hrs till 23hrs.
You will find La Tegala -Sociedad to Haria at the end of the Plaza to the right of the church.
